Privacy & your details

Free downloads and email sign-ups

When you request a free download, the first name and email address you enter are sent to Klaviyo, our email platform, so we can send you the download and occasional emails from Ecommerce Academy. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Checkout and applications

Bootcamp enrolment takes place through ThriveCart. Elite applications take place on the Academy's hosted application page. When you continue to either service, review the privacy information and terms shown there before providing your details. Payment and application information is collected through those services.

EcomOS

EcomOS, the members' dashboard, has its own EcomOS privacy policy.

Videos and external links

Member videos open on YouTube. When you follow a link to another site, that site's own privacy terms apply.
